In January 2008, KW Consulting Group establishes definitively the KW Engineering GmbH. This step - which was announced in 2007 - was to this point of passing into the new year 2008 compulsory necessary, in order for the two business fields: mere consulting in the sector of foundries of the Krapohl-Wirth Foundry Consulting GmbH and building and engineering services, to be separable. Thus, KW Consulting Group establishes its meanwhile fourth company and disposes of an annual turnover of over 3,5 million euro. The employees who migrated from the Krapohl-Wirth Foundry Consulting GmbH into the KW Engineering GmbH realize currently approx. 1,5 Greenfield-foundries per year. Simultaneously, industrial parks and hotels - especially in Dubai - emerge. Mr Dipl.Ing., Dipl.Arch.Andreas Veigel is responsible for the business management of the company; Mr Veigel is at the same time a partner of KW Engineering GmbH and a partner in the KW Consulting Group GmbH & Co.KG.

In 2007, the KW Consulting Group GmbH & Co.KG establishes the KW International GmbH. The company - which is located in Küsnacht / Zürich, Switzerland - was launched, in order to be at the disposal of international customers, especially in the following fields of activity:

• Due Dilligence
• Business Administration
• Market Strategies
• Pricing

The ab initio existing customer structure is especially present in the fields of Swiss banks, the post, the railway, private-equity companies and financial investors.
We could win Mr Dipl.Kfm.Alexander Selden as managing partner of the company, who is outstandingly qualified for the upcoming tasks due to his long lasting experience in comparable lines of business and areas of responsibility. In addition, Mr Selden is also CFO of the entire KW Consulting Group GmbH & Co.KG whose headquarter is in Augsburg, Germany.
